B:s målsättning är att dess hyresgäster och andra användare kontinuerligt ska ha tillgång till fastigheternas hissar utan att verksamhet störs av driftstopp eller andra problem. Samtliga hissar ska uppfylla gällande lagar och andra föreskrifter, samt vara godkända i återkommande besiktning och vid revisionsbesiktning i samband med ändring som är av väsentlig betydelse för säkerheten.
