Denna upphandling avser förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll samt förekommande ny och reinvesteringsarbeten av trafik och gatubelysning, för såväl planerad som akut- och felavhjälpning på aktuellt belysningsbestånd, samt för dekorationer/ utsmyckningar och elljusspår. Tidigare annonserades en upphandling för denna tjänst till Avesta och Ludvika GNU 2025/84. Denna upphandling avbröts och nu annonseras det som två separata upphandlingar, en för Ludvika och en för Avesta. De justeringar som gjorts är i följande stycken i AFen.
