Description
La procédure a pour objet la mise en œuvre à partir du 1er septembre 2028, d’un service régulier transfrontalier de transport routier de voyageurs par autocar. Il est prévu que ce service relie les villes de Lahr (Ortenaukreis / Bade-Wurtemberg ; Allemagne) et Erstein (Bas-Rhin ; France), sous la gestion du GECT Eurodistrict Strasbourg-Ortenau. Une attribution de contrat pour une durée de quatre ans est prévue. Ce service est censé être proposé durant toute l’année avec plusieurs allers-retours par jour, sur six jours de la semaine. // Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Einrichtung eines grenzüberschreitenden Linienverkehrsdienstes für den Personennahverkehr mit Fernbussen ab dem 1. September 2028. Dieser Dienst soll die Städte Lahr (Ortenaukreis / Baden-Württemberg; Deutschland) und Erstein (Bas-Rhin; Frankreich) unter der Trägerschaft des EVTZ Eurodistrikt Strasbourg-Ortenau verbinden. Es ist vorgesehen, einen Auftrag mit einer Laufzeit von vier Jahren zu vergeben. Zudem ist vorgesehen, dass der Dienst ganzjährig mit mehreren Hin- und Rückfahrten pro Tag an sechs Tagen in der Woche angeboten wird.
