Service concession contracts shall be signed with qualified suppliers of User Managed Personal Assistance, BPA. The concession award will mean that new contracts will be signed with suppliers of BPA in Bamble, Porsgrunn and Siljan municipalities. Drangedal and Kragerø municipalities have an option.
