Description
Skien, Porsgrunn and Bamble municipalities shall implement a joint procurement of entrepreneur guidance services. The aim of the service is to strengthen the municipalities ́ work with entrepreneurs and early phase business development, including reception apparatus, guidance, commercial assessments for NAV, visibility and reporting.
