Description
The contracting authority invites tenderers to apply for a service concession for the practical assistance service, organised as user-controlled personal assistance (BPA). The user controlled personal assistance (BPA) service is provided in accordance with: - The Health and Care Services Act § 3-8 User controlled personal assistance: The municipalities shall have offers of personal assistance in accordance with § 3-2 first section no. 6 letter b, in the form of practical assistance and training, organised as user-controlled personal assistance. - The Patient and User Rights Act § 2-1 d. Right to user controlled personal assistance. The contracting authority is obliged to procure BPA services with the service providers that have been awarded a service concession contract with. Each BPA user ́s choice will decide which supplier(s) the contracting authority will order BPA services from. Tenderers are obliged, according to orders, to provide the services within the limits of applicable laws and rules, the municipalities ́ individual decisions on BPA and the attached contract.
