Description
Kvinesdal municipality intends to enter into a contract with Momentum Solutions AS for the preparation of local regulations for development plans, building/parts applications, surveying and owner sectioning. In-depth knowledge of these services ́s special legislation is required, which ensures that the price model in a new regulation safeguards the self-cost principle. Kvinesdal municipality is not aware that there are other suppliers in the market who provide this type of services. An intention notice is therefore published to determine if there are other tenderers who provide such services. If Kvinesdal municipality does not receive objections to the signing of the contract, the contract will be signed shortly after the deadline stated in this notice. That is, 05.02.2024.
