Description
Kriminalvårdens befintliga avtal avseende serverhårdvara löper ut 2027-02-16. Kriminalvårdens avsikt med upphandlingen är att teckna ett nytt ramavtal med en Leverantör för att tillgodose Kriminalvårdens behov av servrar samt tillbehör, licenser och support. Syftet med upphandlingen är att underhålla befintlig servermiljö och tillgodose myndighetens behov av serverprodukter under de kommande fyra (4) åren. Avsikten är att tecknat Ramavtal möjliggör successiva leveranser under avtalsperioden så att gammal utrustning kan bytas ut och att tillkommande behov kan anskaffas på ett enkelt sätt. Kriminalvården växer och behöver därför successivt expandera sin servermiljö för att möta den förväntade tillväxten. Inledningsvis finns behov av att köpa in samt byta ut vissa serverprodukter. Behovet kan dock förändras över tid och förväntas kunna öka markant, varför upphandlingen behöver möjliggöra en flexibel och skalbar lösning.
