Description
Öresundskraft AB inbjuder intresserade Leverantörer att inkomma med anbud avseende upphandling av Sensorenheter i fjärrvärmekammare vilket innebär att sensorer ska kunna ta fram olika mätvärden för att ge information kring tillståndet på fjärrvärmerören. Upphandlingen innebär också att Öresundskraft kan arbeta mer förebyggande med underhåll av fjärrvärmerör och på det sättet minska risken för korrosion och mekanisk förslitning. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med en (1) Leverantör och som uppfyller samtliga krav i upphandlingen. Avtalsvillkor som kommer att ligga till grund för ramavtal redovisas nedan under rubriken "Avtalsvillkor". Under upphandlingsförfarandet och under avtalstiden benämns Öresundskraft AB som "Beställare" och "Öresundskraft". Potentiella ramavtalsleverantörer benämns nedan som "Anbudsgivare" och "Leverantör".
