Die BITMARCK Service GmbH (nachfolgend: "BITMARCK") hat mit der Research Industrial Systems Engineering (RISE) Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Großprojektberatung GmbH (nachfolgend: "RISE") am 29. Juli 2021 einen EVB-IT Systemvertrag über die Erweiterung/Weiterentwicklung eines ihr zuvor bereits überlassenen Identity Access Management System für die elektronische Patientenakte (nachfolgend: "ePA-IAM") zu einem einheitlichen und anwendungsübergreifenden Standard-IAM (nachfolgend: "bitIAM") geschlossen. Dieser EVB-IT Systemvertrag ist am 27. Oktober 2023 durch den Abschluss eines EVB-IT Systemvertrags über die Erstellung eines Gesamtsystems "Sektoraler Identity Provider" (nachfolgend: "sIDP") ersetzt worden (nachfolgend: "sIDP-Vertrag"), weil das Produkt bitIAM aufgrund geänderter Regulatorik der gematik GmbH (nachfolgend: "gematik") grundlegend in seinem Quellcode erweitert/angepasst/weiterentwickelt und als Produkt sIDP dann zur Zulassung durch die gematik gebracht werden musste.
