Description
Östhammars kommun behöver upphandla ett verksamhetssystem för verksamheter inom individ och familjeomsorg samt vård och omsorg. Idag har kommunen ett traditionellt system med klienter och databas för att hantera all handläggning runt en brukare och utförare. I framtida process behöver myndighet – utförare såväl interna som externa – kund och andra aktörer kunna samarbeta mycket närmare varandra än vad som är fallet i dagens verksamhetssystem.
