Description
Hankija sõlmib raamlepingu seirepositsioonide jahutusseadmete hoolduseks ja remondiks. Hankija on riigihangete registris märkinud eeldatava lepingu algusaja. 1.1 Hankelepingu ese ja selle tehnilised parameetrid on täpsemalt kirjeldatud Lisas 1 - tehniline kirjeldus, mis on AvTS § 35 lg 1 p 9; p 10 alusel kinnitatud asutusesiseseks kasutamiseks. Pakkuja peab esitama ühikuhinnad Lisas 2. RHS § 77 lõike 3 alusel väljastatakse Lisa 1 üksnes konfidentsiaalsusdeklaratsiooni allkirjastanud ja esitanud taotlejatele/ühistaotlejatele, kes on riigihankes kõrvaldamata jäetud ja kvalifitseeritud. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
