Description
Upphandlingsobjektet omfattar ett helhetsåtagande för leverans, drift och support samt konsultstöd vid behov av ett stödsystem för bibliotekstjänster med sökindex och länkserver, med option på discoverytjänst (”tjänsten”). Tjänsten består av en bastjänst (”bastjänsten”) med grundläggande funktionalitet samt valbara tilläggstjänster. Anslutna organisationer (Sunets kunder) kan, utifrån behov och tillgänglighet, komplettera med tilläggstjänster under avtalsperioden. Närmare specifikationer, krav, villkor och förutsättningar för tjänsten framgår av upphandlingsdokumenten och upphandlingsavtalet med bilagor.
