Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η σχεδίαση και υλοποίηση μηχανισμού κατάτμησης της κεντρικής, σχεσιακής βάσης δεδομένων (Β.Δ.) του συστήματος myschool με τρόπο ώστε κρίσιμα/πολυπληθή δεδομένα της εκάστοτε τρέχουσας σχολικής χρονιάς να μοντελοποιούνται σε διακριτό σχήμα, ενώ σε αντίστοιχα διακριτό σχήμα θα παραμένουν τα δεδομένα που αφορούν σε παρελθόντα σχολικά έτη.
