Denna upphandling omfattar ramavtal för förnyelsearbeten av VA-ledningar och fjärrvärmeledningar med tillhörande komponenter, fiberledningar samt elledningar. Objekten består av planerade och oplanerade underhållsarbeten inom beställarnas anläggningar. Arbetena sker huvudsakligen på det befintliga ledningsnätet men mindre nyanslutningar förekommer.
