Predmet nabave je nabava scenske opreme za Drugu scenu Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Zagrebu, sukladno projektnoj dokumentaciji, troškovniku/ tehničkim specifikacijama i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Naručitelj će u ovom postupku nabave sklopiti okvirni sporazum s jednim gospodarskim subjektom koji obvezuje na izvršenje. Za svaku pojedinačnu narudžbu od strane Naručitelja, bit će sklopljen zaseban ugovor o nabavi. Naručitelj se ne obvezuje nabaviti/ugovoriti sve stavke troškovnika.
