Hankinta koskee Satamatie 1:ssä sijaitsevan teollisuuskiinteistön RAK-suunnittelusta tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Tarjoaja sitoutuu tuottamaan tarjoamaansa palvelun.
