Projektet omfattar nyproduktion av särskilt boende för äldre i Rydebäck, Helsingborgs stad, med 66 lägenheter samt gemensamhetsutrymmen, teknik, administration, personalytor, solcellsanläggning, reservkraftverk samt tillhörande utemiljö. Detaljerad beskrivning av omfattningen presenteras i handlingar enligt AFB.22. Entreprenaden omfattar samtliga inom arbetsområdet beskrivna mark- och byggnadsarbeten. För totalentreprenaden gäller ABT 06.
