Description

Syftet med denna upphandling är att ingå ramavtal med en leverantör som kan leverera tjänsten Särskild posttjänst i glesbygd. Tjänsten riktar sig till personer boende utanför tätort som inte har förmåga att hämta sin post vid ordinarie avlämningsställe, på grund av hög ålder eller en varaktig funktionsnedsättning. Tjänsten innebär att posten levereras till avlämningsställe vid tomtgränsen.
