Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung von Dienstleistung mit dem Ziel der Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors (SF) als Suite mit dazugehörigen Dienstleistungen für ein Transformationsprogramm. Neben der Implementierung von Employee Central (EC) inkl. Migration aus SAP HCM & Integration zu SAP HCM, in dem weiterhin die Gehaltsabrechnung und Reisekostenmanagement abgewickelt werden, sollen auch weitere Module bei der MPG implementiert werden. Dabei handelt es sich um das Modul Time sowie Talent Management Module wie Recruiting und Onboarding. Da es sich um ein großes Veränderungsprojekt handelt werden neben der Implementierung (als Los 1) auch zusätzliche Beratungs-Dienstleistungen im Bereich Change Management (als Los 2) benötigt. Die Lizenzen von SAP werden vom Auftraggeber gestellt und sind nicht Bestandteile des Vergabeverfahrens.
