Predmet nabave je nabava i isporuka sanitetskog i medicinskog potrošnog materijala za potrebe Doma zdravlja Osječko-baranjske županije na nivou primarne i specijalističko-konzilijarne zdravstvene zaštite. Ponuditelji su dužni ponuditi predmet nabave sukladno Troškovnicima sa specifikacijom koji se nalaze u prilogu ove dokumentacije, kao i svim ostalim uvjetima navedenima u Dokumentaciji. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan predmet nabave isporučiti uredno, savjesno i odgovorno po najvišim profesionalnim standardima, u skladu sa zakonskim propisima i pravilima struke te prema uvjetima i zahtjevima iz ove dokumentacije o nabavi.
