Die Gebäudehülle des Chirurgie-Bettenhauses wird einer Sanierung bestehend aus den 4 Fassaden, Erneuerung der Fenster inkl. Sonnenschutz und einer Flachdachsanierung unterzogen. Nicht im Projektumfang befindet sich der Liftturm und der darauf befindliche Hubschrauberlandeplatz.
