Description
Upphandlingen avser att täcka beställarnas behov av saneringstjänster som beställaren inte kan utföra i egen regi. Uppdragen kan omfatta både planerade och oplanerade arbeten. Uppdragen varierar från fall till fall och omfattar i huvudsak byggnader och lokaler för kommunal verksamhet (skolor, förskolor, äldreboenden, vårdlokaler, kontor m.m.) samt bostadslägenheter och kommersiella lokaler i beställarnas fastighetsbestånd. Med ramavtalen som grund kommer avrop att göras för varje uppdrag, där omfattning och övriga förutsättningar preciseras.
