Description
Avfuktningstjänster Uppdrag inom avfuktning omfattar bland annat följande: - Besiktning och fuktmätning av beställares objekt och utredning av skadeorsak och/eller fuktproblem inkluderande en skriftlig teknisk skaderapport - Genomförande av eventuella åtgärder som behövs för att avfukta beställares objekt - Rivning och fuktsanering Avfuktningstjänster ska genomföras av utbildade fukttekniker och avfuktningsmetoden som används ska anpassas efter orsaken till fuktskadan eller fuktproblemet, typ av fastighet och beställarens behov. Saneringstjänster Saneringsarbetena kan exempelvis avse skadesanering, mögelsanering, brandsanering, luktbehandling, taktvätt, sanering efter vattenskada, sanering efter fuktskada, sanering efter dödsfall, sanering av asbest och/eller sanering av PCB. Saneringsarbetena kan även komma att innefatta mindre rivningsarbeten som följd av sanering. Återställning efter rivning ingår inte i upphandlingen. Uppdragets omfattning i detalj framgår av förfrågningsunderlaget i dess helhet, se bland annat under rubriken ”Krav på upphandlingsföremålet”.
