Sõlmida raamleping miinijahtimislaevade ülevaatuse teostamiseks, et välja selgitada laevade seisukord ning saada ülevaade seadmete ja süsteemide uuendamise, remontimise ja asendamise vajadusest, säilitamaks laevade teenistusvalmidus vähemalt järgmiseks kümneks aastaks. Hankijal võib tekkida laevade uuendamise protsessi käigus vajadus tellita ka konsultatsiooni- ja ehitusjärelvalveteenust.
