Predmet poziva za nadmetanje u otvorenom postupku javne nabave velike vrijednosti je nabava sanacija procurjevanja i puknuća vodovodnih cijevi u skladu s ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u ovoj dokumentaciji. Otvoreni postupak javne nabave sukladno članku 86. stavak 1.
