Description
Predmet poziva za nadmetanje u otvorenom postupku javne nabave velike vrijednosti je nabava sanacija procurjevanja i puknuća vodovodnih cijevi u skladu s ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u ovoj dokumentaciji. Otvoreni postupak javne nabave sukladno članku 86. stavak 1. Zakona o javnoj nabavi (NN 120/16, NN 114/22), s namjerom sklapanja okvirnog sporazuma s jednim gospodarskim subjektom u trajanju od 2 (dvije) godine, temeljem članka 146. Zakona o javnoj nabavi (NN 120/16, NN 114/22).
