Tässä hankinnassa Helen Oy (Tilaaja) etsi yhtä (1) toimittajaa toimittamaan Salmisaaren ilmavesilämpöpumppulaitoksen säätö- ja toimilaitteellisia sulkuventtiilejä. Toimituslaajuus koostuu seuraavista toimilaitteellisista venttiilityypeistä: a) hitsattavat palloventtiilit b) hitsattavat läppäventtiilit c) laippojen väliin asennettavat läppäventtiilit d) laipalliset palloventtiilit ja 3-tieventtiilit Hankinta toteutettiin erityisalojen hankintalain mukaisena neuvottelumenettelynä.
