Description
Karlshamn Kommun bjuder in till anbudsgivaning avseende sakkunnigt biträde till de förtroendevalda revisorena. Med denna upphandling vill kommuen tillgodose sina behov av revisionstjänster och sakkunnigt biträde till de förtroendevalda revisorerna i deras granskning av kommunens nämnder och styrelse. Upphandlingen avser bland annat uppdragsansvarigt sakkunnigt biträde, ansvarigt sakkunnigt biträde räkenskapsrevision, övriga sakkunniga biträden samt administrativa tjänster. Granskningsteam som används inom ramen för upphandlingen skall bestå av sakkunniga med fördjupad kunskap, insikt och erfarenhet av granskning av kommunal eller regional verksamhet. Teamet ska stå för kontinuitet i uppdraget och vara sammansatt av kompletterande kompetenser så att de vanligast förekommande granskningsprojekten kan genomföras av teamet. De sakkunniga biträdena förväntas ha hög och relevant kompetens inom kommunal revision och behärska relevanta lagar och bestämmelser samt ha erfarenhet av att leda djupgranskningar i projektform.
