Description
Denna upphandling gäller för en entreprenör som ansvarar för drift och service av alla Västerås Stads säkerhetssystem under ett 7 år långt avtal (3+2+2). Entreprenören kommer regelbundet och löpande hålla koll, granska, underhålla och åtgärda fel i säkerhetssystemen samt fungera som servicestation för stadens låssystem. Entreprenören kommer även att hantera taggar, nyckelbeställningar, utbilda personal i systemanvändning, lägga upp operatörer/administratörer samt bistå vid problem och utveckling av systemen. Entreprenören blir en viktig del av stadens säkerhetsarbete, både i små och stora frågor, exempelvis vid nybyggnationer. Arbetet faktureras löpande med öppen redovisning och ett förutbestämt arvode (påslag på nettopris). Entreprenören kommer att fungera som en egen driftavdelning för säkerhetssystemen, med höga krav på IT-kunskap då de flesta systemen är digitala. Denna entreprenör kommer även att sköta stadens kamerabevakningssystem och vara en viktig del av rutinerna för hantering av kamerabevakning. Alla installationer och service av stadens kameror utförs av denna entreprenör, vilket ställer extra krav på CCTV-kompetens.
