Description
Objektet avser en ombyggnad av Sahlgrenska Huset, som är en köpmannabostad från 1700-talet och är en av få bevarade byggnader från denna tid. Byggnaden är uppförd i tre plan med källarvåning och inredd vind. Efter uppförande har huset förändrats vid de om – och tillbyggnaderna som skett. Sedan 1968 är huset ett byggnadsminne och har höga bevarandekrav med ett stort kulturhistoriskt värde.
