Description

Elering hangib Eesti elektrisüsteemi stabiilsuse tagamiseks juurde uut mFRR üles suunas toote pakkumise võimekust. Hankija hinnangul on parim meede selle saavutamiseks hankida nimetatud reserve pikaajalise lepingu alusel. Lepingu esemeks on mh mFRR üles suunalise võimsustoote CfD turuhind, mille hankija edukatele pakkujatele garanteerib. Tegemist on ühtlasi nii hinnalae kui -põrandaga (juhul, kui turuhind kujuneb lepingu esemest madalamaks kompenseerib Hankija hinnavahe edukale pakkujale ja kui turuhind kujuneb lepingu esemest kõrgemaks kompenseerib edukas pakkuja hinnavahe hankijale). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
