Description

Upphandlingen avser en totalentreprenad för nybyggnad av särskilt boende med inriktning mot demens +65. Det kommer att finnas totalt 54 lägenheter med tillhörande gemensamhetsutrymmen fördelat på sex avdelningar och tre våningsplan (plan 11-13). På entréplan (plan 10) finns det personalutrymmen, teknikutrymmen samt en fristående träffpunkt som ska bli en social samlingspunkt för de boende i närområdet.
