Description

Upphandlingen omfattar projektering samt ny- och ombyggnation av preliminärt 180 – 280 boendeplatser och tillhörande kringfunktioner för SÄBO. Projektet omfattar preliminärt två nya SÄBO-enheter, dels en ombyggnation av Hällsjöhemmet på cirka 6 700 m2 fördelat på tre (3) plan (”Projektet”). Projektet är preliminärt indelat i tre delprojekt och genomförs som en generalentreprenad, där Beställaren avser teckna avtal med en (1) leverantör för hela Projektet.
