S.U.A. – COMUNE DI LESINA – ESTERNALIZZAZIONE SUPPORTO SERVIZIO TRIBUTI E PARCHEGGI A PAGAMENTO C.I.G. 99605108DF il contratto ha per oggetto l’ affidamento in concessione dell’ attività di riscossione ed accertamento dei tributi minori e della riscossione coattiva dei tributi locali (IMU, TASI/TARI e Imposta di Soggiorno), degli oneri di urbanizzazione, delle sanzioni per violazioni del Codice della Strada, nonché di tutte le entrate patrimoniali che l’ Ente, per autonoma valutazione, vorrà riscuotere mediante concessionario; l’ attività di supporto all’ accertamento della tassa dei rifiuti, dell’ IMU e TASI e di tutti i servizi connessi e complementari, così come disciplinati dalle specifiche leggi di riferimento, dai regolamenti del Comune e dal capitolato speciale allegato al disciplinare di gara. Importo stimato della concessione è di € 6.226.062,50, IVA esclusa, compreso l’eventuale rinnovo. Importo complessivo del servizio a base d’asta è di €. 6.226.062,50 IVA esclusa, di cui: - Importo soggetto a ribasso d’asta € 4.636.860,94; - Oneri sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso d’asta € 101.062,50; - Costi della manodopera non sogetti a ribasso € 1.488.139,06.
