Description
Die MPG möchte ihren Beschäftigten ein Beratungs- und Unterstützungsprogramm im Sinne einer externen Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte Beratung - im Folgenden EMAP (Employee and Manager Assistance Program) genannt - anbieten. Den Beschäftigten sollen individuelle Beratung bei beruflichen und persönlichen Belastungen und Krisen sowie Information oder die Vermittlung von weiterführenden Unterstützungs- und Beratungsleistungen ermöglicht werden. Bei Bedarf bzw. im Einzelfall soll die Vermittlung an qualifizierte professionelle Therapeuten*innen, Institutionen und Kliniken angeboten werden. Ziel ist es, den Beschäftigten einen leichten Zugang zu professionneller Beratung zu bieten, der für sie kostenlos, anonym und jederzeit abrufbar ist. Es wird von ca. 9.000 Beratungsstunden in 6 Jahren Vertragslaufzeit ausgegangen.
