Description
Inbjudan Swedavia bjuder in till deltagande i denna upphandling gällande utbyte av rulltrappor i Skycity Arlanda. Swedavia ber inbjudna anbudsgivare att vänligen återkoppla om Ni avser att delta och lämna anbud. Detta görs genom e-post till: anna.salmela@swedavia.se. Frågor kan ställas via e-avrop eller till anna.salmela@swedavia.se fram till 7 dagar innan anbudstidens utgång. Swedavia har som mål att ingå Kontrakt innan julledighet 2024. Vid en upphandling som genomförs enligt LUF (Lagen om upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna) med "förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering" tillämpas ingen spärrtid efter tilldelningsbeslutet innan kontraktet får tecknas. Detta eftersom spärrtid är ett krav i annonserade upphandlingar, men inte i förfaranden utan föregående annonsering. Därmed finns inget tilldelningsbeslut som kan överklagas på samma sätt som i andra typer av upphandlingar.
