Description
Die Zentralküche im Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf wird komplett umgebaut und saniert. In diesem Zusammenhang wird ein zukunftsorientiertes Speisenverteilsystem für die Patientenverpflegung implementiert. Es erfolgt eine Umstellung auf das Cook & Chill Verfahren, unter Verwendung selbst hergestellter Produkte. Es ist eine Neuaufteilung der Raumstruktur vorgesehen, einschl. einer Modernisierung der Bausubstanz und im Besonderen die Erneuerung der Betriebstechnischen Ausstattung.
