Das in Kürze fertiggestellte Forschungsgebäude CARDDIAB wird zukünftig mehrere wissenschaftliche Arbeitsgruppen, Labore sowie datenintensive Forschungsbereiche beherbergen. Auf Basis dieser Ausgangslage wird ein skalierbares Enterprise-storage-System ausgeschrieben, das ausreichend Kapazität für heutige und zukünftige Forschungsdaten bietet, hohe Verfügbarkeit sicherstellt, ein breites Spektrum an Protokollen und Workloads unterstützt und modular über Jahrzehnte erweiterbar ist.
