Allgemeines: Auf dem historisch gewachsenen Industrieareal an der Ringstrasse in Berlin-Mariendorf soll ein hochmoderner und international konkurrenzfähigen Modell-Campus für junge Unternehmen und Start-Ups entstehen. Der Name des Projekts: „Ringberlin“. Das Gelände umfasst rund 108.000 m² Grundstücksfläche. Auszuführende Leistungen: Die ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten umfaßt die Erstellung der oberflächenfertigen Industriebodenplatte einschl. Untergrundvorbehandlungen im Neubau und Bestand, erforderliche Dämmarbeiten und oberflächenfertige Versiegelungen bzw. Imprägnierungen.
