Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose och säkerställa tillgång till robotdammsugare som motsvarar lokalvårdens nuvarande och framtida behov. Inom offentlig verksamhet är lokalvård en viktig funktion för att upprätthålla hygien, trivsel och säkerhet i kommunens lokaler. Samtidigt är det en fysisk krävande uppgift där repetitiva arbetsmoment och ergonomiskt utmanande arbetsställningar förekommer. För att minska belastningen på personal och öka effektiviteten är Skellefteå kommun intresserade av att implementera robotdammsugare som komplement till manuell städning. I takt med att fler lokaler förses med heltäckningsmattor ökar behovet av automatiserad städning. Upphandlingen är indelad i två delområden enligt nedan. Anbud kan lämnas på ett eller flera av upphandlingens delområden. Delområde A - Liten robot - för städning av små och medelstora ytor (10 - 500 kvm) Delområde B - Mellanstor robot - för städning av medelstora och stora ytor (500 - 2000 kvm) Sannolik volym för avrop på avtalet beräknas till 4 000 000 SEK under avtalstiden inklusive optionsåren. Kunden garanterar inga volymer.
