Description
Uppdraget avser att på totalentreprenad detaljprojektera bygghandlingar, riva befintlig skolbyggnad (mellanstadiet) och ”frikoppla” den från kök/matsalsbyggnad samt bygga en ny skolbyggnad. Total BTA ca 4 700 m2 exklusive teknikrum på ”vind”. Markarbeten för byggnad, ledningar i mark samt markarbeten för omgivande delar i beskriven omfattning och utbredning. Återställning av arbetsområdet, avlämnat för fortsatt finplanering i separat entreprenad.
