Description
Unterstützungsleistungen im Risikomanagement nach CSM (Los 1) und andererseits einem Los für Leistungen zur Bewertung von signifikante Änderungen nach CSM (Los 2). Insofern rechtlich erlaubt, dürfen einzelne Bieter für beide Lose ein Angebot abgeben. Auf jeden Fall erlaubt ist ein Angebotsabgabe auf ein einzelnes Los. Wenn Leistungen für signifikante Änderungen abgerufen werden, wird der Auftraggeber niemals das gleiche Unternehmen aus dem Los für Unterstützungsleistungen auch für das Los für Bewertungen beauftragen.
