Description
Upphandlingen avser två tjänster: bokning av riksfärdtjänstresor samt beställning av resa inom annan kommun (RIAK). Den första tjänsten omfattar bokning av riksfärdtjänstresor mellan kommuner inom Sverige för personer som har beviljats tillstånd att resa med riksfärdtjänst i enlighet med lagen (1997:735) om riksfärdtjänst. Tillståndet kan även omfatta ledsagare, och medresenär kan förekomma. Resorna genomförs normalt med allmänna kommunikationer såsom flyg, tåg, buss, båt eller taxi. I vissa fall kan även specialfordon eller liggande transport användas. Resorna kan bestå av en kombination av olika färdmedel för att på bästa sätt tillgodose resenärernas behov. Den andra tjänsten avser tillhandahållande av en webbtjänst som möjliggör för beställaren (trafikutredare) att beställa resa i annan kommun (RIAK) med täckning i samtliga Sveriges kommuner. Leverantören ansvarar för distribution av biljetter till resenären. Det förutsätts att beställningscentralen har avtal med transportörer som kan utföra marktransporter i hela landet. Leverantören ska ha avtal med taxi-, flyg-, tåg-, buss- och båtföretag för att kunna genomföra de aktuella resorna. Avtalen ska utformas så att resenärer…
