Description
Avtalet omfattar två tjänster; bokning av riksfärdtjänstresor samt distribution av resa inom annan kommun (RIAK). Den första tjänsten omfattar bokning av riksfärdtjänstresor mellan kommuner för personer som beviljats tillstånd att resa med riksfärdtjänst enligt lag om riksfärdtjänst,1997:735. Resorna görs inom Sverige, från en kommun till en annan kommun. Riksfärdtjänst sker normalt med allmänna kommunikationer exempelvis flyg, tåg, buss, båt eller taxi/specialfordon/liggande transport. Resorna kan även vara en kombination av ovan nämnda färdmedel. Tillståndet kan även omfatta ledsagare. Medresenär kan också förekomma. Vid taxiresor ska ordinare taxa tillämpas minus säljarens rabatt. Den andra tjänsten innebär att tillhandahålla webbtjänst där köparen kan beställa resa i annan kommun, s.k. RIAK, med täckning i alla Sveriges kommuner. Det förutsätts att beställningscentralen (BC) under avtalsperioden har avtal med marktransportörer så att resor kan utföras i alla Sveriges kommuner. Biljetterna distribueras från säljaren till resenären.
