Description
De opdracht betreft de levering van een CV90 Driver Training Simulator (DTS), inclusief hardware, software, integratie en opleiding van gebruikers. De simulator vormt een uitbreiding van de bestaande CV90-rijsimulatorcapaciteit. De onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande oproep tot mededinging wordt toegepast om technische redenen. De nieuwe simulator moet aansluiten op de bestaande simulatoromgeving, waaronder de aanwezige software, configuratie en systeeminterfaces. Uitvoering door een andere leverancier zou leiden tot aanzienlijke technische risico's en moeilijkheden op het gebied van integratie, interoperabiliteit, verificatie en onderhoud. De opdracht kan daarom uitsluitend door de leverancier van de bestaande simulatoromgeving worden uitgevoerd.
