Description
This is a prior information notice indicating that Avista CLG intends to go to market to appoint a main contractor for the construction of a children’s respite centre near Limerick city. This centre will have a community healthcare role and will be developed to standards specified by HIQA. The project may be of interest to contractors that have built supported housing for people with complex needs, primary care centres, nursing homes etc.
