Inom ramen för förstudien genomför Inera en Request for Information (RFI) för att få klarhet i vilka förutsättningar leverantörerna har att tillgodose Ineras behov avseende kontaktcenter för Tjänsten 1177 på telefon. Syftet med denna RFI är att få utökad kunskap och information till marknadsanalysen i förberedelserna inför den kommande upphandlingen. Detta för att skapa ett relevant, tydligt och marknadsmässigt upphandlingsdokument. Vi tar tacksamt emot era svar senast 2024-10-20.
