Description
Välkomna att lämna svar på Solna stads RFI gällande en eventuell upphandling av Projektstyrningsverktyg till Stadsledningsförvaltningen. Notera att denna RFI inte innebär en garanti för att en upphandling kommer genomföras samt att ingen ersättning lämnas för besvarande. Svar önskas mottas genom att fylla i den bifogade excelfilen, bilaga RFI Projektstyrningsverktyg. Svarslämnare ombeds att så långt det är möjligt lämna svar i avsedd svarsruta i filen, men där det är lämpligt kan hänvisning till bilaga göras, till exempel om man vill komplettera visuellt med en bild eller dylikt. Eventuell begäran om sekretess kan också bifogas. Svar önskas senast den 13/10 kl. 23.59. PERSONUPPGIFTSHANTERING Beställaren har som personuppgiftsansvarig ansvaret för all behandling av avtalade personuppgifter i enlighet med gällande dataskyddsregler, allmänna dataskyddsförordningen (EU) 2016/679 (”GDPR”) med tillhörande svensk lagstiftning. För det fall Leverantörens åtagande innebär hantering av personuppgifter ansvarar Leverantören för att all sådan hantering sker i enlighet med vid var tid gällande lag.
