This is a Request for Informatin (RFI) regarding the availablity of rolling stock on behalf of The Vy Group (Vygruppen AS / Vy). Vy (https://www.vy.no/en/the-vy-group/about-us) is the largest operator for public transportation by railway in Norway. The Norwegian Railway Directorate is currently asking for information regarding “Railway transportation services (night train Oslo – Copenhagen/Hamburg)” with TED number 617248-2024. In regard to the above process, Vy wishes to obtain up-to-date information about the market for availabel rolling stock (train sets og locomotives with coaches).
